Government, Education & Individuals

Security and public safety leader with 35+ years of experience across law enforcement, court security, and corporate security operations. My career includes progressive leadership roles as Police Officer, Criminal Investigator, Police Commanding Officer, Deputy Sheriff, and corporate security leader. As a Police Commanding Officer, I supervised a large team of officers and was responsible for personnel leadership, operational planning, investigations, emergency response, public safety initiatives, and performance oversight. As a Deputy Sheriff, I worked in a highly regulated environment supporting court security, prisoner custody and transportation, risk management, and the safety of judicial personnel, staff, and the public. After transitioning into corporate security, I held roles with Allied Universal and eSentire, where I supported physical security operations, access control, CCTV monitoring and investigations, incident response, emergency preparedness, stakeholder communication, and team supervision. Throughout my career, I have focused on professionalism, operational discipline, risk mitigation, crisis response, and building strong teams that protect people, assets, and reputation while supporting business objectives. Core strengths include: • Security operations leadership • Corporate security • Team leadership and performance management • Investigations and incident management • Emergency response and crisis management • Access control, CCTV, and security systems • Stakeholder engagement and client service • Risk assessment and policy / procedure compliance I am particularly interested in opportunities where I can contribute strong leadership, operational experience, and a service-oriented security mindset to a corporate security, site security, or security operations environment.
