RBTT operates the website rbtt.ca and collects personal information in connection with its membership programs, events, communications and other activities.

6. Member Directory

If you are an RBTT member, your company name, industry, membership tier, short biography, website URL and company logo may be displayed in the publicly accessible RBTT Member Directory on our website.

By submitting a membership application and agreeing to these terms, you consent to your business information being included in the Member Directory. You may request removal or amendment of your directory listing at any time by contacting us at info@rbtt.ca.

7. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers - trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website and delivering services, including Stripe (payment processing), Formspree (form submissions) and website hosting providers. These parties are contractually required to keep your information confidential and use it only for the services they provide to us.
  • Other RBTT members - limited business contact information may be shared with other members for networking purposes, only where you have consented to such sharing.
  • Legal requirements - we may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal process.
  • Organizational transfers - in the event of a merger, amalgamation or restructuring of RBTT, your information may be transferred to the successor organization.
