COMMERCE AFTER HOURS

SPONSOR & GUEST SPEAKER: LUCY RUS – ELEMENT ELEVATORS's PRESIDENT

Please join us for another great RBTT COMMERCE AFTER HOURS networking event, featuring Lucy Rus of Element Elevators, who will invite us to explore “A New Era of Business” and how Element Elevators has built its success by doing business differently.

Family-owned and locally operated, Element Elevators is bringing a fresh perspective to the elevator industry, built on personal service, local expertise and a commitment to the values that matter most: Communication, Quality, Cost and Trust.

Lucy will share the story behind Element Elevators and the vision that has helped the company grow into a successful independent elevator company serving the GTA.

Founded by Florin Rus and his son Bogdan, Element Elevators was born from hard work, dedication and extensive industry expertise. Recognizing that the elevator industry was ready for a new approach, they brought their knowledge together to create a company focused on what they believed should always remain at the heart of business: quality workmanship, clear communication, fair cost and trust.

Over the past five years, Element Elevators has grown significantly, earning a strong industry reputation and completing notable elevator modernization projects for organizations including the City of Toronto, Region of Peel, York University and the University of Toronto, as well as numerous condominiums and rental properties.

During this special Commerce After Hours, Lucy will talk about what a new era of business means to Element Elevators — from building meaningful connections and strong partnerships to growing a business while staying true to the values that built it.

This special event is free for all RBTT members and offers an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
