RBTT COMMERCE AFTER HOURS

Eduard Matei, our RBTT lawyer, reminding us that enthusiasm occasionally needs a legal framework. 🇨🇦 Michelle Herscu, CPA, MBA , that brings the financial lens to the board. Dan D. Ifrim that brings an engineer's mind. Carmen Ognean that brings years of dedication toour community. The mother’s eye that sees the bigger picture.
And a community like this isn't built by a Board alone.
We are incredibly fortunate to have people like Mirela Cojoaca, CFNP, RHN, BChEng , our volunteer Event Coordinator,turning ideas into gatherings. (Mirela is a wealth of knowledge in the nutrition field and we can’t wait to learn from her in a future event!) and Maxim Sasu , our IT specialist, generously offering his time and expertise to help build the systems behind the community we are creating.
Different professions. Different businesses. Different personalities. Different stories. Yet all these different paths have brought us to the same table.
And perhaps that's what I love most about RBTT.
An established business owner can sit beside someone just starting out. Experience can become mentorship. A conversation over coffee can become an opportunity, a collaboration, a client, a business idea or simply a friendship.
Being a Director comes with responsibility and there is still so much we want to accomplish. But seeing people walk through the door and connect, exchange ideas and leave knowing a few more people than when they arrived reminds me why this is worth building.
We don't grow only by building our own businesses and careers. We grow by helping the people around us grow too.
That's the kind of community I want to be part of. And I'm very grateful to have the opportunity to help build it".
