The Canadian Expat & Snowbird Strategy Seminar

Another successful event took place in our community, hosted this time by Errol Da-Ré and the Venture X Richmond Hill team: the Canadian Expat & Snowbird Strategy Seminar.

There where two evenings filled with learning, networking, and meaningful conversations about purchasing property abroad, whether for investment, a snowbird lifestyle, or a future retirement move.

The event brought together an exceptional team of professionals. Ruby Chouhan and Neil Davis, CPA from 360 Global Tax Advisors Inc., and Dimitrios Zaravinos from Trowbridge Professional Corporation shared valuable insights on international tax and cross-border considerations.

Dan Damian, whose vision brought the event together, travelled from Spain to share firsthand insights into life and property ownership on the Costa Blanca.

All guests were happy thanks to Chef Matt and the Matt & Britt’s Catering team for the fantastic Spanish-inspired tapas, and Adrian Calagiu, MBA for helping create a welcoming atmosphere with professional Smart Serve service and excellent Spanish wine.
